Sandbag Assist - Ouray

Ouray County / San Miguel County EM have requested TR volunteer leadership to assist the community to fill sandbags in preparation for summer and protection of homes in the Gold Mountain burn scar.  TR would organize and lead teams of community volunteers -- TR is not directly responsible for filling sandbags.  Small team - likely 5-6 TR VLs (1x IC, 1x LSC, 3-4x experienced Strike Team Leaders).
